Will you be holidaying at our accommodation on the Costa del Sol? Then prepare to enter a spacious and modern new build apartment of 120 sqm. It is located on the first floor of the Vanian Gardens residence in the colourful town of Estepona. It features an open kitchen that extends into the living room, a master bedroom with its own bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. An air conditioner maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the apartment. At the terrace you can enjoy comfortable. Fancy some exercise? Then take a dip in the shared swimming pool or challenge your muscles in the fitness room. You can park your car in the underground car park.

Planning to hit the road? Immerse yourself in a breathtaking natural environment, interspersed with colourful murals and beautiful botanical gardens filled with flowers. Estepona is known as the Garden of the Costa del Sol for good reason. A 10 minute walk takes you to the beach and all other amenities in the neighbourhood.
